Agreement:

1) The Stud fee of this male is: $1,200.00.  A $500.00 payment will be due prior/or at time of first breeding is to take place. The balance of stud payment $700.00 will be due prior to signing litter registration.  If less than 3 live puppies are whelped the remainder of the stud fee ($700.00) will not be due and no repeat is offered.

2)   In the event the bitch fails to conceive or has less than three live whelps at birthing and a repeat breeding is requested the remainder of the stud fee ($700.00) will have to be paid in full prior to breeding. The original owner must still have possession/own/co-own the bitch. A different bitch may be substituted at the stud owners’ discretion but must be owned or co-owned by person above.

3)  The bitch should be Thyroid checked prior to a repeat breeding.

4)  We will try to get as many breedings as we can while the bitch is in standing heat. We recommend and prefer that you have progesterone testing done prior to bringing your bitch for breeding.

5) The owner of the bitch agrees to pay any veterinary bills incurred by the bitch while in the stud owners’ care; for vaginal smears, progesterone testing, artificial inseminations, semen collections as well as any other medical care.

6)  No puppies from this breeding are to be sold or given to any pet stores or pet agents. All puppies are to be placed in homes in which they will receive the BEST of care. It is also STRONGLY recommended that all pet puppies be sold on Limited Registration.

 7) The bitch owner agrees to whelp and raise the puppies to, at least the age of 8 weeks. Owner agrees to vaccinate and deworm as well as having a licensed veterinarian examine the puppies prior to going to their new homes.

 8)  The owner of the bitch is to furnish me with a list of names, addresses and phone numbers of all persons who obtain a puppy from this litter.  This will be mailed no later than the age of pups being 10 weeks.

   9)  The stud owner reserves the right to withhold signing the AKC litter registration; until and unless all terms agreed upon have been met, excluding name of puppy owners till 10 weeks of age.

10)     If the owner of the stud chooses to take 2nd pick puppy in place of a stud fee the selection shall be made between seven to eight weeks of age. The right of choice of a puppy is in no way affected by a change of ownership of the bitch. The puppy will carry the kennel name of  Teran’s. If partial stud payment has been made to bitch owner, it will be returned when pick up of puppy is made.
